ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Services or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

CONTENT

For purposes of these Terms of Service, the term “Content” includes, without limitation, information, data, text, photographs, videos, audio clips, written posts and comments, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features generated, provided, or otherwise made accessible on or through the Services. You acknowledge that all Content accessed by you using the Services is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss to you or any other party resulting therefrom. We do not guarantee that any Content you access on or through the Services is or will continue to be accurate.

SUBMISSIONS

Dry Cleaning Rolls welcomes comments regarding our products and the Site. You may post reviews of products or services, comments, suggestions, or other material ("Submissions") so long as the content of your Submission is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, an invasion of privacy, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable or injurious to Dry Cleaning Rolls or any third parties. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your Submission. Dry Cleaning Rolls reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit and remove any Submission at our sole discretion. By posting or sending us any Submission, you grant Dry Cleaning Rolls and its subsidiaries a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual; irrevocable and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Submission throughout the world in any media.

PRODUCT INFORMATION, AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

All products will be delivered to the address that you indicate during the order process and the risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the Australia Post e-Parcel service.

INDEMNIFICATION

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behaviour on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dry Cleaning Rolls, our affiliates and each of our and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site, the Services, or the Content, or any violation by you of these Terms of Service. You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with us in the defence of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to employ separate counsel and assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

TERMINATION

Dry Cleaning Rolls reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Services or block or prevent your access to the Services, without providing you with notice or reason. In the event of termination, your obligations under these Terms will still continue.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Service are the entire agreement between you and Dry Cleaning Rolls with respect to the Services, including use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and us with respect to the Services. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.

NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms of Service. Waiver of compliance in any particular instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms of Service to be binding, we must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of our authorised representatives.

GENERAL

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure.
